How to Perform Common Banking Tasks Remotely
View Your Accounts
Use Anytime Banking, CardValet and our Mobile App to monitor account and debit/credit card transactions.
Transfer or Send Money
Anytime Banking and PopMoney (within our Mobile App) makes it easy to pay others or to move funds from account to account.
Debit Card PIN Resets
To reset your debit card PIN, call 1-800-992-3808 anytime. Or, visit any ArrowPointe Branch ATM and follow the prompts for PIN Change. **Note: During this time, for debit card replacements, please use drive-thru services. From there, we can instantly issue your card and have your unique PIN reset instructions ready in no time.
Check Free Bill Pay makes it easy to pay bills and even automate payments. Access it from within Anytime Banking or our Mobile App. Should you need assistance with Check Free Bill Pay, call 1-855-874-5714 from 7am to 1am, seven days a week. Night Drops are also available at each location as safe and secure drop offs for ArrowPointe loan payments.
You can deposit checks with ease using our Anywhere Deposits inside our Mobile App. Sign the check and write “For mobile deposit at APFCU only" on the back. Then start the deposit process. You'll be prompted to take a clear photo of the front and back of your check. You’ll receive a confirmation once the deposit has completed.
For added convenience, set up direct deposit of your paycheck to your ArrowPointe Checking Account through your employer.
ArrowPointe's secure depository drop boxes (i.e. night drops) are available for cash deposits, checks or payments. For added convenience during this time, night drop deposits are processed every even hour.
