New to the Message Center?

As always, be sure you are using the most current web browser for the highest level of security. Here’s how easy it is to get started with secure email when you visit the ArrowPointe Secure Message Center:

Register first by clicking on “New to secure email”

  • Enter email address and password (twice)
  • Look for the registration confirmation in your email
  • Click on the link within that email to activate or deactivate your password
  •  Select continue and proceed with email to ArrowPointe FCU

Once registered in our secure message center, you need only enter your email address and password to proceed. If you forget your password, select the reset button at the bottom left corner to create a new password.

*Tip: If you are already signed into Google or Microsoft, you can login to secure email using the credentials from that account. It is as fast and simple as clicking on the icon and following the prompts. *Please note: attachments must be 7MB or less in size.
